Gino Valentes TV-studio in Oslo

Norwegian food

The language of food is a universal language and one in which I enjoy conversing.
My appetite for quick and easy recipes and food traditions have resulted in over 1500 ten-minute cooking shows for Norwegian television with Italian chef Gino Valente, as well as a series of half hour cooking specials featuring international celebrities interested in good food.

Here are some of the programs which emerged from my global kitchen.
These programs and recipies are, by the way, available on DVD.
Enjoy!
